MADINAH — Prince Faisal Bin Salman, emir of Madinah, on Monday announced the launch of Namaa Al-Munawwarah Foundation as the executive arm of Madinah Endowment to support small and medium enterprises in the region.

At a glittering ceremony at Taibah University, Prince Faisal said that in light of the all-round development being witnessed by the Kingdom, especially the projects ordered by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah for the expansion of the Prophet’s Mosque and development of its surrounding areas, Madinah Endowment was established to be an effective tool in promoting the development work in the region.

Namaa Al-Munawwarah Foundation, he said, is affiliated to Madinah Endowment as a non-profit organization to launch several initiatives to support small and medium enterprises.

The event was attended by Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, Minister of Labor Adel Fakeih, and Minister of Economy and Planning Dr. Mohammed Al-Jasser.
