(RTTNews) – Business conditions across Saudi Arabia’s non-oil producing private sector companies weakened in December, data from Markit Economics showed Monday.
The headline SABB HSBC Purchasing Managers’ Index fell to 61.3 in December from November’s series record high of 62.2. However, the latest reading signaled another considerable gain in the health of the Saudi Arabian non-oil private sector.
The survey found that activity and new work continued to grow sharply. Further, job creation remained strong. On the inflation front, total input price inflation accelerated to a series record pace at the end of the fourth quarter.
